If someone tries to sell you this plane, or if you know someone talking about buying it, make sure they (or you) verify that the person you are buying it from has the legal right to sell it. Sources tell me that someone may be trying to dump that plane, probably very cheaply. Not only are there huge questions in relation to the safety and maintenance on that plane, there are big questions as to the rightful ownership of that plane. Someone buying it may get a cheap deal in the beginning, but the lawsuits that are likely to follow (as with anything involving Dave Riggs) would not be.

And just fyi, a power of attorney does not necessarily mean a person has the legal right to sell it.

In addition, it’s been reported that a probate has been opened on Riggs’ estate since he died without a known will.

Taking ANYTHING that belonged to Riggs could turn ugly so please, protect yourselves.

    Nazarene Aviation Fellowship??
Some kind of BS tax dodge of some sort, the Gov needs to stop those abuses, but I’m not holding my breath.

I’ve been researching Nazarene Aviation Fellowship. It is starting to look like the charity may be legitimate. Maybe. But there are questions as to how they got ownership of the plane. I hope to have information on that soon. We’ll see.
