News from China

All American pilots have been fired, ordered to disassemble their planes and to leave China in 2 days. The rest of the airshow will continue as scheduled.

Even after his death people are paying the price.

Rumor has it that the body had not been found as of last night, but enough was found for them to potentially do an identification. Dental records. I haven’t been able to 100% verify that yet, but it did come from a reliable source.

It will be interesting to find out if there is enough to do a toxicology. Aviation criminals, like Riggs, have no respect for rules and will hide medical conditions. They have no problem with lying on their FAA medical exams.

  2. Avidwiz@aol.com says:

Riggs had no license, so a medical wouldn’t have made a difference. He also claimed he had a broke femur.

    • admin says:

If they find the left leg there are still metal fixtures and braces on his femur near the knee. He was still injured. He shouldn’t have been flying at all, let alone in an air show and in ways that would hit high G’s (which he loved to do). All around, he should have been at home (or in jail), not flying an 18 year old girl around.

This is just a great tragedy. Should have happened decades ago!

Check this link above out in the Kansas City Business Journal about Riggs!
I can only hope this book sheds a light on the FAA and the inaction and incompetence that caused numerous deaths to a national audience.
